Day 1 :Delhi - Haridwar (L, D)
Arrive Delhi by 10:00 am and reach the designated point where your pick up will be arranged. Post lunch Drive to Haridwar (250 kms. approx 5 hrs. journey). Overnight at Haridwar.
Day 2 : Haridwar - Rishikesh - Haridwar (B, L, D)
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Rishikesh Visit the holy Laxmanjhula, Ramjhulla. Parmarthdham, SwargasramGeetaBhavan and cross the Ganges by boat. Post lunch visit to the famous HarkiPauri on Ganga Ghat and witness the spiritual Ganga Aarti. Bringing in tourists and devotees from all over the world, it is a ritual of light and sound where the priests perform prayers with bowls of fire and the ringing of the temple bells. Overnight at Haridwar.
Day 3: Haridwar - Barkot (Yamunotri) (B, L, D)
Early morning, after breakfast proceed for Barkot (196 kms, approx 8-10 hrs. journey). It receives water from two holy rivers, namely Ganga and Yamuna. The Yamunotri Dham is around 50 Km far from Barkot. A large number of devotees stay here on their visit to Yamunotri Dham. En route view the famous Kempty Water Falls at Mussoorie (from Bus). Overnight at Kharadi (Barkot-Yamunotri).
Day 4: Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot (B, L, D)
Early morning 04:00 am proceed for Jhankichatti (52kms), from here 6km. trekking for Yamunotri. amunotri is located at a height of 3293 mts above sea level and located in Uttarkashi district. It is surrounded by mountains on all sides and lies in close proximity of the Indo-China border. It is known for offering peace and tranquillity to its visitors. Tourists can opt for Doli / Horse (at their own cost) or by take a trek to the temple. (6500ft.) Overnight at Kharadi (Barkot-Yamunotri).
Day 5: Barkot - Uttarkashi (B, L, D)
After breakfast proceed for Uttarkashi (100 Kms., 4-5 hrs. journey). Uttarkashi that literally suggests ?Kashi of the North? is also nicknamed as ?Somya Kashi? and ?Shivnagri?. Like Kasi, the town of Uttarkashi also houses the sacred Vishwanath temple. This holy shrine features a copper trident, having a circumference of 1 meter. Visits Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Overnight at Uttarkashi.
Day 6: Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (B, L, D)
Early morning 04:00 Hrs proceed to Gangotri. After breakfast visit to Gangotri Temple. One of the main religious places among the four Char Dham pilgrimage areas, Gangotri, situated in Uttarkashi, is closely related to Goddess Ganga, the river that we know as Ganges. Later drive back to Uttarkashi. Enroute visit Gangnani is noted for its thermal springs and magnificent views of the Himalayas.
The thermal water spring at Gangnani is called Rishikund. Being a perfect spot for meditation, Gangnani acts as an ideal retreat for the nature lovers and affords stunning mountain views. Overnight at Uttarkashi.
Day 7: Uttarkashi - Sitapur (Kedarnath) (B, L, D)
After breakfast proceed to Kedarnath (270 Kms., approx 10-11 hrs. journey). Kedarnath is ancient and magnificent temple is located in the Rudra Himalaya range, is over a thousand years old, built of massive stone slabs over a large rectangular platform. Enroute orientation tour of Rudraprayag is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River, the point of confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. Overnight at Sitapur.
Day 8: Sitapur - Kedarnath (B, L, D)
After breakfast proceed to Gaurikund. Gauri Kund is a Hindu pilgrimage site and base camp for trek to Kedarnath Temple. Gaurikund is the commencement point of the trek of 16 kms to the sacred shrine of Kedarnath. Tourists can either trek or hire a Doli / Horse (at their own cost) Overnight at Kedarnath. (In Kedarnath, tourists can opt for Helicopter as well. Shree Jalaram Travels will not be responsible for any delay / cancellation of the helicopter services. Any extra charges incurred due to such cancellation will have to be borne by the tourists themselves.)
Day 9: Kedarnath - Sitapur (B, L, D)
After breakfast drive back to Sitapur. Enroute visit Triyugi Narayan Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.. This place is associated with marriage of Lord Shiva and goddess Parvati. According to mythology, It was the venue of the celestial marriage of Shiva and Parvati. Lord Vishnu as Parvati's brother did kanyadaan and Lord Brahma was the priest of the wedding. Brahma Shila in front of the temple also marks the exact place of the wedding. Continue drive to Sitapur. Overnight at Sitapur.
Day 10: Sitapur - Badrinath (B, L, D)
Early morning at 0400 Hrs proceed for holy shrine of Badrinath (12-14 hrs.). Overnight at Badrinath.
Day 11: Badrinath (B, L, D)
Badrinath Dham is easily accessible by motorable roads and the Badrinath temple can be reached by walking along an easy trek. Morning visit the holy Badrinath Temple and later post Lunch visit Mana village which is around 3 km from Badrinath. It?s one of the last villages before the boundary of India ends and that of Tibet begins. Overnight at Badrinath.
Day 12: Badrinath - Srinagar (Gharwal) (B, L, D)
After breakfast proceed for Srinagar (Gharwal, 185 Kms., approx 10-12 hrs.), en route visit Auli which is a Himalayan ski resort and hill station in the north Indian state of Uttarakhand. Auli Ropeway is the major attraction in Auli offering magnificent and majestic Himalayan views. A highest and longest ropeway in Asia after Gulmarg, Auli cable car covers a distance of 4 kms. Tourists can enjoy the cable car ride(at your own cost). Later proceed to Srinagar and Overnight at Srinagar Gharwal
Day 13: Srinagar (Gharwal) - Haridwar (B, L, D)
After breakfast proceed for Haridwar (140 Kms, approx 6-7 hrs. journey), for adventure sports enthusiasts, the rapid stretches are the most to enjoy White Water Rafting (at own cost). On arrival in Haridwar, visit The Mansa Devi and Mata Chandi Devi Temple in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, is one of the most popular tourist attractions in and around the region, not only amongst devotees and pilgrims, but amongst tourists alike. Day 14: Haridwar - Dehradun (B)

Chardham Yatra is known to be one of the most revered religious treks of Hinduism, Char Dham Yatra Uttarakhand includes treks to 4 religious sites of Hinduism- Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. Have darshan at these destinations that are placed on high altitude, amidst snow-capped Himalayan Mountains.
Chardham Yatra offers you a chance to pay homage to your lords and enjoy some refreshing moments, nestle in the lap of nature. While Yamunotri is the seat of river Goddess Yamuna, Gangtori is dedicated to Goddess Ganga. Badrinath is known as the abode of Lord Vishnu (Badri) and Kedarnath is a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva.
The best time to visit your Char Dham destinations are between the months of May- June and September-October.
All the Dhams are easily accessible by drive except Yamunotri where 06 Km trek (one way) is required and 18 Km trek for Kedarnath. But there are various options available like a pony, palanquins, and helicopter services for Kedarnath.
The holy shrines are located at the foothills of Uttarakhand and surround by snow clad mountain peaks of Himalayas. So, it is important to pack heavy woolen clothes along with warm clothes. Bodywarmers, woolen socks, gloves, scarves, mufflers, caps, trekking/ canvas shoes, jackets, sweaters, shawls etc. are necessary.

1) You are required to be physically & mentally strong and must have good stamina. Heart patients, or person having acrophobia, breathing problems, BP problems must think twice before planning for the strenuous Char Dham Tour. Consultation from a doctor is must be required prior to the journey.
2) Note: It is mandatory to keep your medicines and a medical kit (including Band-Aids, crepe bandages, moisturizers, antiseptic, painkillers, ointments etc.) with you until the journey ends.
3) Pack a medical kit with painkillers, antibiotics, cough lozenges, Antiseptic cream, Iodine, tube-squeeze cream and medicines for cold and fever.
4) Carry your routine medicines, as you might find only limited and general medicine at such remote locations.
5) While trekking, carry only essential items. The lighter the luggage, the faster the steps you can take. Thus, travel light and enjoy the journey.
6) ATMs (Automated teller machines) are available in many places in during your travel but money exchange facility is available in Haridwar, Rishikesh and Dehradun only.
7) As you are visiting the remote areas of Uttarakhand which are located at extreme locations so do not get surprised of weak network connectivity and to stay connected with your family and friends you are advised to carry BSNL network with you so that you can update your whereabouts with your loved ones. BSNL phone connections work best in the region as you will be traveling to remote areas in the mountains.
